Zeolite Catalysts for converting agricultural and silica/alumina wastes into industrial catalysts

We initiated a new pilot-scale concept to transform wastes such as agricultural wastes and silica/alumina wastes into industrial catalysts. Various hierarchical zeolite frameworks were synthesized by a simple hydrothermal process, such as LTA, FAU, ZSM-5, MOR, and FER, as shown in Figure 1. (Read More)

SUZDEE (Sustainable Zero Waste Digestant for well-being)

สุดดี (in Thai) means “very good”

The issue of waste management poses a significant challenge on a national scale. Thailand is experiencing a continuous increase in solid waste, primarily driven by heightened consumption, economic growth, and urbanization. Notably, food waste amounts to approximately 79 kilograms per person annually. Unfortunately, the majority of organic waste ends up in landfills without proper sorting and management. This improper disposal leads to various environmental problems, such as noxious odors, germ spread, and the release of methane gas, a significant contributor to global warming. (Read More)
