In the academic year 2023, VISTEC achieved recognition by contributing research publications to 1) first-quartile (Q1) journals (from Scopus), 2) top-tier journals (from Scopus), 3) high-impact factor journals (from Web of Science), 4) Nature Index journals (nature.com/nature-index),  5) Computer Science Rankings (csrankings.org), and/or CORE ranking (core.edu.au)

These accomplishments underscore its growing reputation in fields such as energy, materials science, biotechnology, computer science, and engineering, along with its active engagement in international and interdisciplinary research collaborations.
