Through a comprehensive curriculum and hands-on experiences, students engage in courses such as Leadership & Professional Development and Business Foundation, which strengthen critical thinking, emotional intelligence, communication, and management skills. These are complemented by workshops, field trips, and demo days that foster real-world business acumen and collaborative problem-solving. English proficiency is also emphasized through classes and personalized tutoring, ensuring students are equipped to thrive in global environments.

Entrepreneurial training is structured through the VISTEC–VISUP Entrepreneur Track, which guides participants from foundational learning to incubation and potential spinoff ventures. Students and professionals alike can join on a voluntary basis, progressing through courses, internships, and mentorship programs. The track includes opportunities for overseas internships, pitching events, and certification upon completion, cultivating a vibrant ecosystem of innovation and startup creation within the university.
